VehicleIDPro – A Subscription Site

Client Requirement:

SynapseCo was approached to develop a subscription site ( VehicleIDPro.com) that would help the police departments in the USA to identify the vehicles involved in crimes.

Our Endeavor:

VehicleIDPro.com is a website that allows to search vehicle information through a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which we will query with Autodata.net (a third party application) web feed. Autodata.net will return the vehicle make, model, and year and trim level information.Following are the functionalities that are been added in the web app:

Stolen: Vehicles are reported to police departments with their VIN # (vehicle identification number). BOLO (Be on the Look Out) Alerts are then broadcast to the officers in the field for them to look for the vehicle on the streets.
Victims: Victims or witnesses of the crimes are facilitated with a System allows them a way to sort/search/suggest/compare vehicles based on different search parameters.

EVOX API is used to display multiple view images and showing all factory colors for all makes and models in 5 angles. This API help in making the process of searching and locating a vehicle a lot easier.
