VB.NET Auditing Assistant HVAC

Client Requirement:

The client approached us with a requirement of developing a standalone software that would keep a track of client’s HVAC system.

Our Endeavor:

The main purposes of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system are to help maintain good indoor air quality through adequate ventilation with filtration and provide thermal comfort. This US based client’s HVAC system is under FDA regulations and is required to audited on a regular basis. The client currently takes temperature and humidity reading after fifteen minutes for each sensor in their warehouse. At the end of every business day, the collected data throughout is appended to a text file for each sensor. The desktop application is required to read data from multiple text files and create graphs that plot the points for each sensor within a location from the available data. The graph is then converted into PDF format. The development platform is VB.NET using MS Access.
