Nitaqat Calculator – An iOS App for Nitaqat Program of Saudi Arabi

Client Requirement:

The client approached us with a requirement of developing iOS app ffor Nitaqat Program of Saudi Arabia that would help the users to know their current human resource “Niqat”.

Our Endeavor:

The Ministry of Labor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched the Nitaqat (which means ‘Ranges’ in Arabic) program to increase job opportunities for its citizens in the private sector.

Nitaqat Calculator helps the users to know their current or planned Human Resource “Nitaq” Color based on “Nitaqat” Program v.1 By Ministry of Labor of Suadi Arabia. Application is having almost 50 companies with 6 input and 5 output. Formula for each company is different. We have created singleton class for the formula calculation. We have user flat color and made the UI simple.

The client shared an XLS file which include company name, input output parameters and the logic formula for each companies. The Objective of developing this app is to help users to know their Nitaq currently or for the future human resources planning to comply with “Nitaqat Program, issue 1, for the year 2014 and 1435H” Created by Ministry of Labor in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based on the First Mechanism of Nitaqat Program, this application calculates Saudization (Localization) ratio, the Firm size, Total of Saudi Employees by the numbers provided by “Nitaqat Guide”.
