The client approached us with a requirement of developing a website that would work a web database where users can search for records showing information relating to various application filings on Security and Exchange Commission USA [www.sec.gov].

IntangibleSpring is a unique and effective contextualized database of license agreements with royalty rates designed for transfer pricing and intangible valuation consultants. The website shows limited info as search results, and users can buy the required details whenever needed.

The purchased info gets downloaded in XLS or PDF formats. This includes data that contains exhaustive text relating to the filing. Users are enabled to do different searches depending upon the projects, choosing different fields and search criteria. A Rich User Interface using JavaScript/jQuery has been developed. The search page utilizes a lot of JavaScript and Ajax.
