Auction.com – iPad App

Client Requirement:

The client has a website called Auction.com that offers various services like asset disposition strategies, asset management and real estate sales. Their expertise lies in selling residential, commercial, luxury homes, multi-family and hospitality properties, land, as well as performing and non-performing notes and loan pools. The client wanted us to develop an iPad application against his business, which can help his customers to find properties by browsing the map or by selecting search parameters like beds, baths, property type, state, country etc.

Our Endeavor:

The application is for users who are already registered with Auction.com. The main purpose of this application is to enable the users to search properties available on Auction.com. We have enabled text based search ability on the app, where users can type a relevant key-phrase and find a list of properties along with their details to choose from. Listing the favorite properties is also possible.

User can view the property details by selecting any annotation on map or by selecting the list from the table. The application lets the users to refine the search by giving filtering options like beds, baths, property type, state, country etc. User can view the property infrastructure in form of photo gallery and can share the property details through emails. The application lets the users to participate in auction while buying any property. The application also shows the auction events on calendar as well.
