Airline Pilot Interview Prep – An App

Client Requirement:

The client wanted us to develop an iPhone and iPad app with a supporting admin panel for airline professionals. The application we expected to come in two versions: free and paid.

Our Endeavor:

We have developed the application keeping in the mind that it is a reading application and thus we need to provide an awesome textual representation of the data on the iPhone, therefore we have decided to use core text framework which allows us to render the text in a formatted way.

While developing the app, the main challenge we have faced was to how we will contrive the admin panel to create the text so that same can be transmitted into iOS formatted text. therefore we have decided to the use HTML to Core text conversion using the encoding techniques so that general paragraph editing tool can be supported into the iOS representation. With intense R&D and the dedication to excellence that our developers have, we have finally achieved everything that was required for the app.

Users have the ability to select any chapter and traverse through next and previous from detail page along with an ability to mark that question as favorite. We have used core data to facilitate the storage functionality in the app. The free version of the app displays limited information, while the paid version displays entire set of information. The administrator can add/edit/delete information from the backend and same information can be shown to the users at the formatted way along with ability to “page control” and “favorite”.
