The client came to us with an idea to develop a site that would not only work as a mouthpiece of client’s business but would also help in expanding and popularizing it among his target groups.

Our Endeavor:

Manager Force is a recruiting firm locating and placing management personnel in the hospitality and retail industries. The website is directed to clients who are looking for professionals for their hotels or retail shops. On the other hand, candidates who are looking for jobs in the said sectors can also upload their resumes and the site owners would help them to crack a job in their dream workplaces.

We intended to use the latest technology to develop the site, hence Zend was being used. Apart from developing a robust front end, we have also developed an admin section from where the admin of the site can manage job categories,  users, employers, jobs as well as the content of the site. The front end allows the job seekers and employers to register. Job seekers can apply for the available jobs, and they can view the applied job list; while the employers can add job details. Overall, its a fully functional site that helps every way the target audience.
